Maritime Journalists Association of Nigeria (MAJAN) is poised to open a new secretariat on Thursday.
Plans towards this history making event was made known by the President of the association, Comrade Ray Ugochukwu on its platform today.
In his remarks, the MAJAN president assured all stakeholders in the maritime industry of the grand opening of an ultra modern office that has a news room, radio studio and a conference room this Thursday.
While stretching out a hand of fellowship to friends and fans of the association Comrade Ugochukwu stressed that a ceremony would be included in the program to honor outstanding stakeholders who have contributed to the development of the association over the years.
In his words, “all roads lead to Calcutta Crescent where every well meaning Nigerian should continue in the pursuit of a better maritime industry in Nigeria.
It would be recalled that MAJAN is a collection of maritime journalists under one umbrella with an online presence Known as The Powerful Pen.
