MAJAN President, Ray Ugochukwu Commends NPA on Ibrahim Nasiru’s appointment
The President, Maritime Journalists Association of Nigeria (MAJAN), Comrade Ray Ugochukwu, has praised the Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Mohammed Bello koko on the recent elevation of Chief Ibrahim Nasiru, to the position of General Manager of the Agency.
Ugochukwu made this known in a press statement issued yesterday on MAJAN members platform.
The long awaited appointment of Ibrahim Nasiru as General Manager, Corporate & Strategic Communications of NPA is a laudable initiative.
The erudite MAJAN President categorically stated that Chief Nasiru has the expertise to manage the public relations unit of NPA efficiently after holding forth for the sixth time as acting GM C&SC.
He enthused that the appointment will further enhance rubost working synergy between the Authority and the maritime media.
Chief Ibrahim Nasiru was appointed General Manager among 6 others.
